The World Cup Committee would like to thank all sponsors associated with the 2014 competition. Our main sponsor for many years is Burke Boats of Ballinrobe and we would like to acknowledge the unique contribution of John Paddy Burke and more recently his son Karl to the competition over the decades. Anglers everywhere will also be aware of John Paddy Burke’s involvement over many years to the present time with T.A.F.I and the Connaught Angling Council and through these organisations has made a huge contribution to Irish Angling.
